We are a husband and wife team who’ve worked on markets and events since 2012 and started our own market style events in October 2020 named Texas Artisan Markets! Our events are for the handmade and handcrafted artisan designed to give the ultimate showcase to the surrounding local communities that crave this talent. Currently our events are held in locations all over Houston, Austin and Dallas but with national expansion to major US cities soon; we have transformed our brand to Vibe Artisan Markets.
Mission + Vision
Vibe Artisan Markets is structured as large-scale and art-centric event style markets including Djs, culinary treats, art galleries, lounges and adult beverages alongside a large array of the finest artisans and makers. Our events are ALWAYS FREE, always friendly to children, and most times dog friendly.
We strive to achieve the following for the maker community through our thoughtfully curated artisan markets: develop, empower, enable and sustain.
Hey, hello!

I’m Christina, the CEO/Founder, marketing, PR, business operations, market coordinator, graphic designer and literally everything else! I’m a total goober, radiator of almost too much energy, lover of helping my local Artisan community, mother of 3 (ages 1, 3 & 5), wife of my spirit tamer and YOUR MARKET HOST!
Fun Fact: I love jumping out of airplanes…with a parachute of course!

Hi, Im Brad! I’m the husband and spirit tamer of Founder/CEO Christina Terry. Working diligently, quietly and precisely; I am the brains behind the financial, legal and business operations of this company. You will see me at the market events tending to the needs of exhibitors when I’m not being a stay at home dad to our 3 children ages 5 and under.
Fun Fact: I will NEVER jump out of a perfectly good airplane, regardless of parachute!
Our Story
Hey, it’s me, Christina! Let’s bring you back to the pandemic of 2020. (BRIEFLY, I promise!) I had a side business crafting Organic Elderberry while being a stay at home mom. Turned out to be a hot ticket item for this particular year of business. When my customers started losing their corporate jobs due to layoffs, furloughs, etc. I started to barter for their hobbyist style goods! Items like ceramics, wood working, hand stitched clothing and other handcrafted items were being traded back and forth.
It was a quick realization that during this pandemic these folks needed a safe platform; a physical showcase of their talents. That interpersonal connection with communication and personal interactions is SO
important for these small businesses. It’s how they tell their stories and show the true passion behind their craft as well as provide financial stability. The first Texas Artisan Market (now Vibe Artisan Markets) event was in October of 2020 and from there it exploded. We now showcase over 1,000 local businesses within our market community all over Texas.
These artists, makers and creatives deserve a community that is inclusive, loving, respectful and supportive. So we gave them what they needed. When you walk into our market events, you feel the heart and soul that is poured into every piece. It’s a VIBE!
